Support Analyst

Task and Responsibilities

- Analyze requirements and business cases
- Diagnose the source of user's IT problems
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems
- Summarize business problem and requirements into business process and objectives
- Support product change management, product documentation processes and software testing
- Support the product lifecycle from design & implementation through to delivery and ongoing maintenance
- Coordinate service or replacement of defective products from related companies
- Support the team on data maintenance, analysis and data visualization

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology

  • In-depth knowledge of IT and software solutions

  • Knowledge of common IT and project management standards

  • Have a deep understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation design, and common analytical techniques like A/B testing and data visualization

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to explain technical problems and create system user documentation

  • Service-oriented working methods, quick comprehension, communication and team skills

  • Confidence in communication to senior management and other stakeholders

  • Willing to work remote and onsite
