Task and Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and business cases, prepare functional specifications to implement projects, enhancements and bug fixes
- Analyze and improve processes and services
- Monitor business processes and driving continuous improvement
- Keep track on the projects' timeline and deliverables, and prepare presentations/reports
- Support the team on data analysis and data visualization
- Ensure project profitability
- Translate customer needs and requirements into detailed project plans
- Connect clients, project members, and end users
- Handle business case analysis and open commercial issues
- Maintain documentation regarding processes and operations of the handled projects
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology
Strong analytical skills with an agile mindset
Understand project management principles and interest for digitalization projects
Proactive and solution-oriented; „can do“ attitude; pioneering spirit; team player; eager to learn
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent technical, organizational, troubleshooting, problem solving, budget and time management skills
Have knowledge of product line being developed for the project
Experience in process and quality management
Willing to work remote and onsite
